Invite them by Social Media
Many of our country's Congress Members have an official presence on Social Media. One of the most effective ways to contact your Members of Congress is to Tweet at them or message them on Facebook. Here are some sample Tweets and Facebook messages you can use:

Invite them by Phone
Invite your Congress Members by calling them on the phone. Find their national and regional office phone numbers using the links below and store them in your own phone to make calling quick and easy!
Write to Them
If you prefer a more traditional option, send your Congress Members a written invitation to the rally. You can find your Congress Member's addresses using the links provided above.
The most common way to reach your Congress Members is to send an Email. If you decide to send an email, you have a couple of different options. Each U.S. Rep will have a contact form on their website which you can find using the same links provided above. Copy and paste the following text into the "Message" section of the form and press send.

Another option is to try a third party application like Democracy IO to quickly contact all your Members of Congress at one time. Once you've put in your address, select the Congress Members you'd like to write to, copy and paste the message into the body of the form, and send!
